THE INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS (ICCPR)

There is no human rights court in The Hague (The Hague hosts the International Court of Justice for state-vs-state disputes, and the International Criminal Court for war crimes). This is not a venue for individual citizens as victims and complainants.

Pathway 1: European Court of Human Rights

The international court that has binding jurisdiction over the UK for these specific matters is the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in Strasbourg, France.

While the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and its Article 8 (Right to an Effective Remedy) are foundational, the UDHR is a declaration, not a treaty you can sue under. Instead, you rely on the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)—which mirrors the UDHR in binding treaty form—and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

An individual citizen can bring a systemic issue to global attention, and there are two distinct pathways to do so: individual litigation and institutional reporting.

Instead, DC Keith Lindsay, gave an empty file to the CPS, and a blank piece of Sussex police headed paper to Wealden's chief executive, Derek Holness, and his planning staff, which included Ian Kay. Alleged to be one of the most corrupt councils in the east of England. Can any ordinary honest citizen believe or condone such perversions of the course of justice. Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, is the offence, that these so-called officers of the law, must be charged with, in the public interest. A public inquiry at the very least.

Active Solicitation of False Allegations: Recent, critical evidence obtained via Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) showing that even after twelve years, ESCC social services operatives have actively attempted to psychologically manipulate and pressure a young student into fabricating fresh, false allegations to maintain executive tracking.

The United Kingdom legal system has exhausted its capacity for self-correction in this matter, with the High Court explicitly shielding the CCRC under the doctrine that the regulator is "entitled to take a view"—thereby eliminating any predictable, non-discriminatory domestic remedy.
